I have the pleasure to inform you that you have been offered admission to pursue a Four (4) Year JUNIOR HIGH EDUCATION Programme in this College. You are expected to pay an approved admission fee of GH₵ 2, (Two Thousand Nine hundred and Ninety-Six Ghana Cedis and Thirty Pesewas). If you fail to pay the specified fees in full on or before 4th December 2020, your place will be forfeited for other deserving applicants on the waiting list. Please note that if it is discovered subsequently that you do not possess the qualifications by virtue of which you have been offered admission to the College, you will be withdrawn and made to face any appropriate sanctions. The original copies of your certificate(s) and other supporting document(s) will be inspected to complete your registration. Attached is a Kit List and you should arrange to buy all the items listed there before you report to the College. Also enclosed is an Acceptance Form for you to complete and return to the College as soon as possible. Completion of the Acceptance Form is an indication that you are ready to obey all College Rules and Regulations which have been included in the Student’s Handbook. You are expected to report to the College on 9th January 2021 at 5:00 pm to go through Registration formalities with the Dean of Student Affairs.Accept my congratulation. |
